A Third-Generation Builder with a Proven Track Record of Excellence
Michael C. Kossow is a State of Florida Licensed General Contractor and is a third generation builder originally born in Houston, Texas.
He spent his early summers during high school working for his grandfather doing whatever was necessary to help with the projects. Michael learned on the job by attending concrete pours, carrying materials, and training as a carpenter all while in high school. This instilled a work ethic in him from a very young age that he still carries into his work today. He started his career in the field where he worked his way up to a superintendent and ran his first project at the age of 22 years old.
This taught him the importance of logistics, procurement, schedule adherence, and to never cut corners. After several successful projects in the field, Michael worked his way into a project management role where he has successfully managed projects totaling over $600,000,000 in construction costs to date. During his career he has held different titles including Senior Project Manager, Development Manager, Owner’s Representative, and Consultant to some of the highest profile clients around the country. Michael has a proven track record successfully overseeing a wide range of projects each with their own complexities and brings a unique blend of skills and experience to every project undertaken to ensure the client is completely satisfied from start to finish.
Michael is known for his expertise in planning, estimation, scheduling, quality assurance, construction, and much more while ensuring that each project is executed with meticulous attention to detail and ensures a commitment to delivering exceptional results for the client. Michael takes pride in his ability to drive process improvement, foster strong client relationships, and lead teams to success through collaborative decision making, innovative solutions, and utilizing the latest technology in the industry to provide a smooth process in building your dream home.
